Testing we performed:
The AB Sciex Eksigent nanoLC Ultra 2D HPLC with AS-2 Autosampler passed all tests and were found to be functional:
Tested power - unit powered up without issue.
Connected system to laptop and control of instrument by software was established.
Unit purge for ten cycles as expected, unit flushed with solvent without issue.
Unit was able to sustain independent flow and control flow in both gradient channels.
Tested positions of auto sampler manually, all axes functioned as intended.
Tested column heater and auto sampler temperature control - both were functioning without issue

System consists of:
Eksigent nanoLC Ultra 2D HPLC
as-2 High Pressure Autosampler
eks-PS-250 Power Supply
Dell Latitude i5 running Windows 7 Pro with Sciex software ver4.2
All associated communication and power cables and hoses.

Configuration and Setup:
Maximum pressure: 10,000 psi
Ten-port valve: 1
Gradient 1: 50-500 nl/min, Gradient 2: 50-500nl/min
AS-2 High Pressure Autosampler: Capacity Two microtiter plates (96 high/low or 384 low) or 48/12 sample vial racks, Injection valve 1/32 connection; 0.1 mm bore, Port-to-port volume < 25nl, Stainless Steel with proprietary coating on valve stator and rotor
Injection volume: Programmable from 100nl to 10ul with standard 10ul loop. Larger injection volumes possible with optional loop.
Single ten port valve.

Video Description:
First we see a full view of this AB Sciex Eksigent nanoLC Ultra 2D HPLC with AS-2 Autosampler .
From there we zoom into the AS-2 Autosampler portion of the stack and the door is opened to show a detail of the interior.
The AB Sciex Eksigent nanoLC Ultra 2D HPLC is powered on and the initialization sequence is performed.
After this the door is closed and we move up the pump portion of the stack, the front cover is removed and a detail of the exterior of the pump head can be seen.
The cover is replaced and a full external inspection is performed.
The side and rear of the AB Sciex Eksigent nanoLC Ultra 2D HPLC with AS-2 Autosampler are shown and special attention is paid to any serial tags and all connections.
Once all components have been detailed, we pan to the laptop screen where software connectivity and version are established.
An independent run is started briefly just to demonstrate responsiveness of data points.
Run is aborted and we zoom out to see one final view of the AB Sciex Eksigent nanoLC Ultra 2D HPLC with AS-2 Autosampler .
