We cannot be held responsible for manufacturers faults, BUT we will honour our terms and conditions, faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for a full instructions of replacement/refund of the bid/buying amount at our discretion. Unwanted Items – Returns

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.

Faulty/Damaged Items – Returns

We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid/buying amount at our discretion. All returns must be in their original packaging. We will email you a Returns Label, you will require access to a printer to print out a copy to attach to your parcel.

All items will be sent by Royal Mail or Yodel. We are not responsible for delivery times. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Items will be dispatched to the address as listed on your eBay account. Amendments made through PayPal or via email will not be accepted, under any circumstances.

Once we have received full & cleared payment we aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days. How long it takes to arrive depends on the carrier:

Economy Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2-3 working days

Standard Delivery (Other 48 Hour Courier): 2-3 working days

Express Delivery (Other 24 Hour Courier): 1-2 working days

Additional Postal Charges

Additional postage to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and all other islands off the mainland. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice, which will act as your receipt of purchase.You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.

The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.

The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.

This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.

Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

We obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

For example, if a customer bought a new power drill from us we would accept their old power drill and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.

Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheely bin symbol.

Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations

As a supplier of batteries, we are obliged under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations to accept waste portable batteries for environmental disposal.

If you wish to take advantage of this service, please contact us to arrange the return.

Please be aware that while we will accept your waste batteries for disposal, this is unlikely to be the most economical or environmentally friendly option available to you.

Many shops and supermarkets, as well as some schools, town halls and libraries, in your local area will provide battery collection points that may be more convenient and economical for you, and in turn will provide a much smaller carbon footprint.
